Proverbs 11:2

cWhen pride comes, then comes disgrace, but with dthe humble is wisdom.

The Holy Bible: English Standard Version. (2016). (Pr 11:2). Wheaton, IL: Crossway Bibles.

Humility is like the robe that clothe the blessed few, and with it comes under the wing of the shadow of the Almighty. On the opposite side of it, is pride, which adorns the arrogance walking on the path of disgrace. Disgrace, not just a term for the faint hearted, but an eternal consequences of a position of dishonour. There lies in a simple spiritual principle that humility brings the presence of God when pride rejects it.
